ABSTRACT
The article discusses highlights of Sodexo's fourth Food Trends Expo at 3,800-student Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, Washington. According to Lara Seng, district marketing manager for Sodexo at the university, the event enabled the company to hear receive comments from students directly. Seng mentions that they ask students about the items they like best and offer them the following semester. Over 30 chefs presented the products at the expo.
