Information about the workshop sponsored by the U.S. Marine Corps and Joint Forces Command (JFCOM) held in Quantico, Virginia from February 17-18, 2009 is presented. Topics discussed during the event include national security problems, the strategies and plans of the government, and operational seams between military and civilian agencies. The workshop had been participated by several officials including Greg Bates, Anthony Zinni, and Lawrence Woocher.
