ABSTRACT
Information about the topics discussed at the Metals Service Center Institute's Carbon Conference in Austin, Texas in February 2009 is presented. During the event, Edward Sullivan of the Portland Cement Association suggested that the effect of the federal stimulus bill on metal suppliers will be in 2010. He also tackled the effect of the stimulus package on the infrastructure market for the entire construction industry.
