ABSTRACT
Information about the third annual Insurance Marketing and Advertising Summit which was held in New York City on November 6, 2008 is presented. Some of the attendees included Nationwide Vice President of Advertising and Brand Marketing Steven Schreibman, Travelers Vice President of Communications Shane Boyd, and Travelers Second Vice President of Communications Jennifer Wislocki. The summit highlighted how insurance companies used social media to get customers.
