ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of the meeting of the Ritz-Carlton Caribbean Advisory Council held in San Juan Hotel, Spa & Casino, from August 7 to 10, 2008. A group od senior-level insurance meetings tackled industry issues such as revenue management and green initiatives. Other issues discussed in the event were attrition and cancellation policies, budget constraints, and compliance with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) guidelines.
