Information about the first supply chain optimisation round table in Great Britain is presented. Round table chairman blamed firms not factoring in true distribution costs for servicing retailers and that, in contrast, people in the supply chain always know where money is being wasted. Ian Ashbrook for Young's Seafood said that if firms had no idea on their margins they would not remain in business long.
