ABSTRACT

The article discusses the highlights of the 2008 Management Briefing Seminar (MBS) in 2008. It says that the event has difficulty hanging onto attendees on the last day. The organizers were reportedly able to score all the Detroit Three purchasing chiefs and have a strong concurrent powertrain-oriented program. Tony Brown, group vice president (VP) of global purchasing for Ford Motor Co., made a comment on the strong attendance in his written remarks.
