Information about several issues discussed at a conference sponsored by IMS Research on the role of video content analysis (VCA) in digital security system in the U.S. is presented. Hal Weaver of The Home Depot Inc. offered tips on how companies can improve their efficiency and effectiveness through concentration on having the security video system. Simon Harris of IMS Research announced strong growth for VCA through 2012.
