ABSTRACT
Information about the IPTV Pavillon Seminar at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show at the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada in 2008 is presented. EchoStar launch its ViP-TV content transport service allowing operators to insert the programs into their own IPTV distribution network. The Pixelmetrix demonstrates how its tools could be used together in an IP video delivery laboratory environment to test simulated network performance prior to deployment.
