ABSTRACT
The article reports on a meeting of the legal commission of the "Deutscher Bibliotheksverband" (DBV; German Library Association) that took place from November 29–30, 2007 in Berlin, Germany. Topics discussed at the meeting included liability for the distribution of materials, "lending" of electronic books, and regulations for children visiting public libraries.
