ABSTRACT
Information about the product innovation discussed at the third annual Furniture Today Bedding Conference which was held in Naples, Florida is presented. According to Rick Anderson, president of Tempur-Pedic, the best way to stimulate repurchase is to continue to innovate. Philip Dobbs, senior vice president of marketing at Sealy, noted that continual product innovation would take warranties completely out of the discussion.
