ABSTRACT
Information about the strategic planning discussed at the Board of Directors meeting held by the American Supply Association (ASA) in the U.S. on February 21-22, 2008 is presented. Participants were pre-assigned groups to ensure a representative mix of distributors, manufacturers, and staff worked together throughout the process. The two-day session was full of analysis, ideas, information that put together an aggressive plan for the ASA to follow.
