The article discusses the highlights of several meetings and conferences about minimally invasive surgery in 2007. They include the 2007 annual meeting of the Russian Spinal Cord Society held in Moscow, Russia from April 26 to 29, Computer Assisted Radiology and Surgery (CARS) 21st International Congress and Exhibition in Berlin, Germany from June 27 to 30, and the 14th International IMLAS Congress in Langkawi, Malaysia.
