ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of destinationCRM 2007 conference and exhibition in New York. Speakers such as Stan Davis says that the customer relationship management (CRM) industry must welcome the Web 2.0 developments and the emergence of digital clients to ensure growth and modernization. Nine points are enumerated with which one can begin considering the digital client and these include being knowledgeable about Web 2.0, being up-to-date with digital developments and conducting research on Web preferences.
