ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of The Krisam Group's Insurance Advisory Board meeting held on May 31 to June 3, 2007 at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. According to Krisam Group vice president Doris Dallow, planners and hoteliers talked about the challenges in the industry, contract addendums and audiovisual fees, among others. The event was moderated by Krisam Group President Jim Schultenover and discussed examples of the benefits of full disclosure on the hotel side and flexibility on the planner's side when negotiating future programs.
