ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of a symposium regarding state constitutions and constitutional law. The symposium featured the panel The Reemergence of State Constitutional Law and the State High Courts in the 21st Century, in which delegates talked about the development of state law for state courts. It dealt with the issue of the forgotten law, which was illustrated by an Arkansas case involving a crime of eliminating an elected official from office.
