The article offers information on a talk on clinical trial billing given by Jennifer Leigh Lanter of Ohio State University (OSU) Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio at the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Global Conference and Exhibition on April 20-24, 2007 in Seattle, Washington. The challenges in handling research billings according to Lanter include different focus of research, the limitations encountered by the system and communication problems.
