ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the 18th annual Leadership Development Conference of the Women's Foodservice Forum held in Orlando, Florida. The conference was participated by more than 3,000 food service professionals. Keynote speakers were Carly Fiorina, former chief executive officer (CEO) of Hewlett-Packard, who spoke about three essential elements in her vision of leadership.
