Net neutrality simmers at VON

Information about the results of the debate about network neutrality at the Spring VON 2007 conference held in the U.S. is presented. Christopher Libertelli of Skype highlighted his company's history to indicate an ideal network. According to Link Hoewing of Verizon Communications Inc., there will never be a perfect network because the applications will change as networks evolved.
