Kevin McCoy,deputy commander for Ship Design, Integration and Engineering at Naval Sea Systems Command, discussed the Navy's future warships. Moreover, Navy League National Director Jerome Rapkin presented the awards to U.S. Naval Academy graduates during ceremonies.
