Tony Werner, the CTO of Liberty Global, in his keynote address offered a glimpse of the rapid changes that will impact broadband competition over the next five to ten years, and provided a global view of the current competitive picture. The article further informs that in the "ETV Syncs up with Cable" session, panelists provided an in-depth view of "enhanced television."
