AMA's Professional Development Division focuses on Annual Marketing Conference, career-spanning courses

This article reports that the American Market Association's (AMA) development division focuses on the Annual Marketing Conference and career-spanning course. The professional development division of the AMA provides an office with responsibility for developing and implementing career-spanning professional development programs. In October 1980 the Association's Office of the President approved in concept a revised job description which limited this division's activities to the Annual Marketing Conference, which last year was held in San Francisco and this year will be held in New York.
