Special conference to explore marketing theory, philosophy of science

This article presents information on the American Marketing Association's (AMA) 1982 Special Educators' Conference to be held during February 7-10, 1982 in San Antonio, Texas. The theme of the conference is "Philosophy of Science Perspectives." As a special highlight of the conference, Trinity University will host a "Mexican Fiesta" on February 8. All registered conference attendees are invite to the fiesta, which features beer, nachos and a Mexican dinner. There will be some sessions in the conference, which will be focusing on current conceptual schemes in the various areas of marketing including distribution, consumer and industrial buyer behavior, research methodology and macromarketing.
