This article reports that the Winter Meeting of the Navy League will be held during November 4-7, 2004 in Arlington, Virginia. Members of the National Capital Council and Council President Mack Gaston are looking forward to welcoming attendees to the area. Top legislative leaders of the maritime services will be speaking on November 4, 2004. A Welcome Aboard Reception will be held at the Navy Museum at the Washington Navy Yard on the same day. Exhibits commemorate the U.S. Navy's wartime heroes and battles as well as its peacetime contributions in exploration, diplomacy, space flight, navigation and humanitarian service.
