ABSTRACT
Information on several papers discussed at a virtual symposium sponsored by the Financial Executives Institute is presented. Topics of the Web-cast included change management. Thirteen chapters of FEI were present with FEI contracting for the technology used. Speakers included Rosabeth Moss Kanter, a Harvard Business School professor and Philip B. Livingston, FEI president and chief executive officer.
