ABSTRACT
This section presents a variety of statistics related to customer relationship management (CRM). According to Gartner Group Inc., the worldwide CRM software license revenues will experience a 3 percent compound annual growth rate from 2004 to 2009. By 2009, the enterprise applications market will grow from U.S.$47.8 billion to U.S.$64.8 billion. Only ten percent of emerging security threats will require the deployment of a best-of-breed security solution by 2010.
