ABSTRACT
This article presents information on advertising accounts as of July 19, 1999. The contending advertising agencies for the $50-million account of WebTV Networks in California are: Ogilvy & Mathers; Foote, Cone & Belding; and Ground Zero. Ogilvy Mather Worldwide and Media Edge won the account of Mattel which is valued at $200 million. Ford Motor Co. awarded its account for Brazil to J. Walter Thompson Co. Leo Burnett Co. gained the $13 million global account of Scandinavian Airlines System in Stockholm, Sweden.
