ABSTRACT
The authors explains the concept of cytoskeletal self-organization in neuromorphogenesis. He discusses the microtubule-based mechanisms that promote cell protusion, along with the role of microtubules in early neuromorphogenesis. He also describes the cellular mechanisms of microtubule self-organization, and the spatio-temporal control of cortical dynein in cellular morphogenesis.
