ABSTRACT
In this article, the author focus on health insurance and health incentive issues associated with the U.S. Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). They inform that ACA has increased health incentive to 30 percent and it has given authority to health authorities to increase the incentive to 50 percent. They further mention that ACA has also increased employer health incentives and it will vary premiums of small-group policies depending on the use of tobacco.
