ABSTRACT
The author comments on the manner in which U.S. President Barack Obama responds to terrorist attacks. The author compares Obama's approach to terrorism with that of British Prime Minister David Cameron. According to the author, the attacks on the Boston marathon in Massachusetts and the murder of a U.S. ambassador in Libya are considered acts of violence designed to cause terror. The author assumes that Obama may be unwilling immediately to denounce the killing of innocent people by terrorists.
