ABSTRACT
The author emphasises that credit control in the financial advice sector will be affected by efforts to reduce advice charges in Great Britain. He notes that dishonest customers tend to do whatever they can to avoid paying for a service in full. He cites that his own credit control strategy involves threatening to litigate customers who refuse to pay for financial advice. He suggests fund managers to charge annual management fees instead of deducting them from the fund.
