ABSTRACT
The author presents his opinion on directives for Royal College of Teaching, in Great Britain to enhance teaching standards in the entire region. The author expresses his opinion drawing experiences from teaching society in Scotland, Association of Chartered Teachers Scotland (ACTS). ACTS was established by Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh. It works on improving teaching standards by implementing changes in educational system including innovations in teaching and collaborative teaching.
