The author discusses the positive results of the poll which reveals that many organizations are proactively involved in energy management in the U.S. He notes that many organizations are lagging in terms of energy management because of its cost and the maximum efficiency of industrial processes. Also explained is the replacement and repair cost of a pump which is nowhere near to the cost of energy consumed by operating a pump from its efficiency best points.
