ABSTRACT
The article offers views of several notable people including Tiphereth Gloria, a social media planner at VML, Julian Ward, a managing director at We Are Social and Jordan Keir, social media strategist of Virgin Mobile on new ruling by the Advertising Standards Bureau (ASB) for advertising brands on social media. Gloria states that lawyers will become more involved as brands that look to reduce risks on ruling. Ward proposes that there should be come level of responsibility on the ruling.
