ABSTRACT
The author discusses the inability of Triathlon Australia to submit final nominations to the Australian Olympic Committee. The author agrees that the Ironman Australia Port Macquarie was a wonderful event with its strong age grouper field. Also discussed is the Cairns Adventure Festival Ironman Event that will be run for the first time by USM Events along with the Cairns Airport Ironman event, the Urban Ironman 70.3 and IronKids.
