ABSTRACT
The author discusses the role of an organism called the Helicobacter pylori CagL in the modulation of the gastrin expression. The presence of Helicobacter pylori in the human body can affect the gastric adenocarcinoma, gastric lymphoma and the peptic ulcer disease. The presence of high level of genetic heterogeneity in the organism can have an adverse effect on the gastric diseases. Information on the risk associated with organism is also presented.
