ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the services of cable television (CATV) and Internet protocol television (IPTV). He mentions that CATV offering hundreds of channels will likely undergo a slow death as the integration of channels operating under IPTV emerges. He notes that subscription to Roku is more reliable than viewing a cable television's programs without additional cost.
