ABSTRACT
The author offers his opinion on various issues related to credit management in Great Britain. These issues include the Office of Fair Trading's (OFT) prediction that the updated Debt Management Guidance will be published at the end of 2011, OFT's release of consultation paper on misleading names on consumer credit license, and payment protection insurance payouts (PPI). He believes that the credit management industry must collaborate to clarify PPI.
