[Commentary on] Incident Reporting and learning Systems for chiropractors--Developments in Europe

In this article the author discusses initiatives which have been created in several European companies to improve the continuing professional development of chiropractors and the reporting rates of adverse incidents related to chiropractic care. He is supportive of the initiatives and of continuing professional development for chiropractors which relates to life long learning by reflection and evidence.
