ABSTRACT
In this article, the author discusses the article by Jonathan Goldsmith, a regular correspondent of the journal "Law Society Gazette," penned on his blog on the journal, on his experience regarding a European Union (EU) conference on e-justice and enforcement system held in Budapest, Hungary. She relates the low opinion of the EU on the enforcement profession in Wales and England. She is also critical on the changes on the High Court enforcement in England and Wales in April 2004.
