In this article, the author discusses the legal issues across the process industries. He cites the legal actions taken by BP PLC against Transocean, Cameron, and Halliburton over the 40 billion dollars tab for the Deepwater Horizon disaster in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. He also mentions the dispute at the Vivergo Fuels Ltd. biofuels plant in which Vivergo and Redhall are fighting over who is responsible for employing 430 workers after the termination of Redhall's contract.
