ABSTRACT
In this article the author discusses the criticism on Pete Crear's leadership due to his retirement at Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and World Council of Credit Unions Inc. (WOCCU) in the U.S. Crear has been criticized for the lack of diversity in CU leadership specifically in the African-American representation. However, Crear has recognized for the increase on its members and affiliates during his takeover.
