ABSTRACT
In this article, the author discusses several issues regarding paralyzed veterans in the U.S. The author asserts that it is incorrect for Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) to perform a staffing survey of U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) spinal-cord-injured (SCI) centers to determine whether the reported bed count is real and the medical personnel is at full complement. He notes that doctors performing multiple acts of malpractice must be imprisoned.
