ABSTRACT
In this article, the author discusses the implication of the working experience gap in one's resume on the change of getting employed. He mentions several meaningful ways to fill such a gap in one's resume which include schooling, participation in seminars, and volunteering. Moreover, information on interning and volunteering in various organizations, such as private sector companies and local and state governments, is presented.
