ABSTRACT
The author focuses on the controversy surrounding the termination of Sky Sports personality Andy Gray for sexism in 2011. The sexist opinions of Gray include that women are not fit to know the rules of football. The author believes that this termination is a reminder that women deserve equal rights in sports and work, although he thinks that the termination sounds like a harsh option because the offenses made by Gray are sexist comments and he has been with Sky for 20 years.
