ABSTRACT
In this article, the author discusses the annual tradition of Speech vs. the Unspeech at the Government Affairs Conference (GAC) to be hosted by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) in Washington, D.C. in 2011. He states that the unspeech National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) official will discuss the economic condition of credit unions and the improvements made. He mentions that the unspeech member of Congress will talk about the need to make cuts in defense and Medicare benefits.
