ABSTRACT
In this article, the author discusses the gender diversity in the U.S. workplace, particularly in cable industry. She is critical on the Women in Cable Telecommunication's (WICT) research on the business case for gender diversity and claims that the trends point to the need of recruiting and retaining women in their positions at all levels. She highlights three key actions that the 2010 McKinsey global survey revealed to have stood out as driving results in companies having 15% women at C-level.
