ABSTRACT
In this article, the author offers viewpoints and forecasts for effective credit union operations. Social networking websites are helpful in marketing the company. The marketing and financial department should collaborate in learning their operations. Executives should allow their employees to explore the other departments, and let them understand that they are part of the firm.
