ABSTRACT
In this article, the author elucidates the environment-related features in poetry. The author briefly narrates her experience in memorizing a poem, particularly the "Gettysburg Address" and "Fern Hill." The author denotes how nature and the environment described in poems with artistic approaches. Furthermore, the author also cites the analgesic effects of such literary works.
