ABSTRACT
In this article the author discusses the aspects of the U.S. government which has been seeking comprehensive and effective communication strategy to which it can promote American interests, policies and objectives abroad. He argues that using conventional methods for new media strategic communication is less productive than to develop a strategy for the new media universe. Also investigated on the need for military and civilian leaders to adapt strategic communication efforts to the media.
